---- COVID-19 RULES AND RESTRICTIONS ---- This event will take place under the current reccomendations of the BRCA with respect to COVID-19 restrictions. At present, this means: * If you feel ill, particularly suffering any of the published symptoms of COVID-19, you must not attend the event. * If you begin to feel unwell whilst at the race, you should leave as quickly as possible. * A maximum of two households per gazebo. * Face masks must be worn when not in your own gazebo and 2 meter social distancing cannot be maintained. * You must provide your own hi-vis jacket and suitable work gloves (not latex) for marshalling. * All competitors should provide their own hand sanitiser and use it regularly. * You must follow any one-way systems at the track, (setting down cars and the queue for the drivers stand, etc) * All results will be published online (no paper copies at the track).
These rules are subject to change, and final rules will be communicated to drivers ahead of the event.
---- RACING IN THE WET ---- We hope to run a dry event. If it is possible to run all the races in the dry by ammending the timeschedule (eg, delaying the start, pausing for a brief period, or finishing earlier), we will do so to keep as much racing in the dry as possible.
However, if racing in the wet or rain becomes neccessary, and the organisers announce a "wet race", the following applies: * Any tyre may be used. No tyre additive can be used. * For FWD, any BRCA approved 17.5 turn motor may be used.
